"Finally, we're back in the city!" -M
Today we went to visit T's friend Jack who lives in North Bend. We have been to Jack's house before, but what the kids remember are all the trees. D asked if that was his friend that lived in the forest. On our way up M asked where Jack got his food from. Jack does in fact live in the woods up in the mountains with a small lake off his back yard (he also happens to have lots of neighbors). The lake happened to be frozen a good 3-4 inches today and we had fun walking, slipping and sliding out on the lake.
In October H, J and I went to the pumpkin patch. We had fun picking out a pumpkin and some gourds and squash. Plus they had really cute places to take pictures. I know it isn't anywhere near October now, but the pictures turned out so cute, I had to share.
